Main technical performance and features
(1) It adopts the Shanghai Diesel H series, water-cooled, six-cylinder four-stroke, turbocharged, low-speed diesel engine with large power reserve, energy saving and noise reduction. The transfer case is specially provided by the engine manufacturer to directly drive the hydraulic pump, which changes the previous structure of connecting the vibration and steering double pumps through the transmission gearbox at the rear of the engine, saves mechanical transmission parts and reduces the possibility of transmission chain failure. The engine emission meets the Euro II stage standard.
(2) It adopts a mechanical transmission with shift synchronizer, which is easy to operate;
(3) The main clutch adopts a heavy-duty special clutch, which is a dry type combined with a single-plate friction type, with reliable performance and good maintainability. The clutch is directly installed on the engine flywheel, and the main clutch operating mechanism is a gas-assisted mechanism, which greatly reduces the operating force.
(4) Dual-frequency and dual-amplitude to meet the requirements of different working conditions; the hydraulic vibration system consists of a combined pump and a motor as an open system; the control form adopts electronic control. Ensure the requirements of vibration parameters and the reliability of the vibration system.
(5) The optimized vibrating wheel structure and vibration parameters make the compaction surface smoother and the compaction efficiency higher.
(6) The fully hydraulic articulated steering system makes the steering operation light and flexible. The cross-articulation method ensures sufficient steering angle and swing angle.
(7) It is equipped with driving emergency brake and parking brake. Two independent braking systems ensure reliable braking of the entire machine. The brake operating device is a pneumatic force-enhancing drive mechanism, which makes the operation light and reliable.
(8) The streamlined shape, beautiful and elegant cab, and wide field of vision allow the driver to directly observe objects 2 meters away from the frame. At the same time, the cab is detachable and has passed anti-rollover certification.
(9) The engine hood is an integral metal structure with a circular arc slope. It adopts a single-rod support electric control lifting device, which is easy to operate and smooth to lift. The hood has a large opening angle and is light and flexible. The electric lifting device allows the hood to be safely stopped at any position during the lifting process, making maintenance very convenient.
(10) The instrument box and operating space are designed with scientific ergonomics to minimize the operator’s workload. The non-slip escalator allows the driver to get on and off the equipment easily.
(11) The maintenance-free battery has a large starting current and strong adaptability; the connectors are waterproof, dustproof, and vibration-proof, ensuring the reliability of the electrical system.
(12) The side panels of the pressure wheel frame are connected using a countersunk hole method, which effectively reduces the width of the entire vehicle while ensuring the width of the vibrating wheel remains unchanged, making it easier to transport in containers during export.
