Product Feature

• 1. It adopts Shangchai H series, water-cooled, four-cylinder, four-stroke, direct-injection turbocharged, air-to-air intercooled low-speed diesel engine, with large power reserve, energy-saving and noise reduction, and the emission meets China’s Stage IV standard.

• 2. Adopting Ha gear transmission with gearshift synchronizer, which is easy to operate;

• 3. The main clutch adopts the special clutch for heavy-duty, which is of dry-type normal bonded single plate friction type, with reliable performance and good maintainability. The clutch is directly mounted on the engine flywheel, and the operating mechanism of the main clutch is a gas-assisted mechanism, which greatly reduces the operating force.

• 4. Dual-frequency double amplitude, to meet the requirements of different working conditions; hydraulic vibration system consists of gear pumps, motors, open system; the form of control using electronic control. Ensure the demand of vibration parameters and the reliability of the vibration system.
