The XP263S tire roller is a large-tonnage tire roller designed to meet market demands. It uses pneumatic tires as its working mechanism to compact pavement materials. It is primarily suitable for compacting asphalt pavements, base layers, sub-base layers, dams, and fill projects. It is an ideal compaction equipment for high-grade highway construction, airports, ports, embankments, and industrial construction sites.

Powertrain
The XP263S is equipped with a Shanghai Diesel SC7H160.2G3 Euro III electronically controlled diesel engine, offering high reliability and fuel efficiency, low noise, and low emissions, meeting Euro III standards.

Rated power: 118 kW at 1800 RPM; idle speed: 750 RPM; maximum torque: 780 Nm at 1300-1400 RPM.

The transmission utilizes a closed hydraulic drive system consisting of an imported variable displacement pump and variable displacement motor, ensuring excellent driving performance and high gradeability. Two-speed continuously variable transmission ensures optimal speed operation under varying operating conditions. It offers excellent operator comfort and enables smooth starting and stopping.

The doubled air reservoir capacity increases the reserve factor, ensuring safety and reliability, making it particularly suitable for frequent braking conditions in mountainous areas. The domestically developed dual-circuit braking system offers enhanced braking efficiency, quick response, short stopping distance, and increased reliability. All-wheel braking technology ensures complete machine safety, making it particularly suitable for mountainous operating conditions.

The tires are arranged with four front and five rear. The front wheel swaying frame is hydraulically driven for steering and mechanical swaying. Both tires in each set can also sway.
