2. More efficient returns

(1) The tail rotation radius adopts a tailless design to ensure that there is no need to worry about the tail hitting obstacles when working in narrow working conditions. The working device can be deflected, with the left and right deflection angles of 75 and 50 degrees respectively, and can realize compound operation with the rotation of the upper vehicle. By coordinating with the rotation of the upper vehicle, it can achieve excavation parallel to the wall in a narrow space, and can easily cope with various working conditions.

(2) The new large-screen color LCD monitor is more in line with ergonomic requirements, with complete instrument information display, more automatic control functions, and intelligent diagnosis of fault causes, effectively shortening the troubleshooting time.

3. More reliable and durable

(1) The cab uses a large area of high-strength tempered glass, which not only ensures the strength of the cab but also improves the driver’s field of vision. The top of the cab is equipped with lighting to ensure accurate and safe nighttime work.

(2) The parts of the boom and dipper with high stress have been locally strengthened, and the structure has been adjusted to disperse the stress and increase the service life; the standard new bucket has a reduced bucket depth, making unloading faster.

(3) The chassis structure adopts an X-frame structure. The inner part of the lower frame is reinforced with ribs to form a large-section box with good load-bearing performance. The weight of the vehicle can be evenly applied to the crawler beam, reducing the local stress concentration of the crawler beam.

4. More comfortable and safe

(1) The large-space cab has an operating space that is at the forefront of the same level. It is equipped with air conditioning, document bags, seat belts, cup holders and backup power, etc., which maximize safety and convenience.

(2) The cab, the base plate and the control panel are welded together to form a whole, which greatly reduces the noise transmitted into the cab through the base plate and ensures the comfort of the driver.

5. Convenient maintenance

(1) The cab can be tilted forward 35 degrees, making it easy to inspect the engine and its accessories, main valve, rotary motor and center rotary body. After the cab is tilted, the generator, starter motor, muffler, electrical and hydraulic systems can be quickly repaired with the fully open rear hood, and there is almost no blind spot for maintenance of the entire machine.

(2) After the rear hood is opened, the diesel filter and oil filter are easily accessible for maintenance; the inspection and filling of engine oil and air conditioning refrigerant are extremely convenient.

(3) After the right hood is opened, the air conditioning filter, coolant filling port, auxiliary water tank, main power switch, air conditioning drying bottle, battery, etc. are easy to maintain, saving time and effort.
