1 Overview
The RP603L paver is the first fully hydraulic medium-sized 3-series wheeled paver launched by XCMG. The whole machine adopts full hydraulic drive and electro-hydraulic automatic control, with advanced technology and reliable performance. It is widely used in a wide range of paving construction, including sidewalks, bicycle lanes, urban roads and small roads. Its paving width is steplessly adjustable from 2.5 meters to 6.0 meters, making it particularly suitable for maintenance construction of grade roads.

2 Main performance features
(1) The machine is intelligent, with a paving width of 2.5 meters to 6.0 meters and the flexibility of the tire paver to move around, which well meets the construction needs of sidewalks, urban areas and lanes;
(2) It adopts a fully hydraulic axle-driven automatic differential transmission system and a rear four-wheel tire drive mode, which has good controllability, large contact area and strong adhesion.
(3) The diesel engine uses the Shanghai Diesel SC4H water-cooled engine (103kw/2200rpm), adopts high-pressure common rail technology, and meets the National III emission standard. It is equipped with a new diesel engine management system, with sufficient power reserve, good economy, low noise and long life.
(4) The hydraulic system adopts electro-hydraulic proportional control technology, and the feeding and distributing are independently driven, making the power output efficient and fast, ensuring the reliability of the system.
(5) The 13t hopper is designed to be wide and can always store enough material. The receiving interface can adapt to different tonnage material trucks.
(6) The new compact left and right independent drive feeding and distributing boxes, the distributing device can be easily moved up and down to adapt to different paving thicknesses, reducing material segregation; improving the ease of use of the paver and the road paving quality.
(7) The electronic control system design is based on CAN bus technology, and a network control system with multi-CPU control technology is developed, with a good human-computer interaction interface.
(8) The automatic leveling device can accurately and automatically control the paving thickness and slope, achieving a longitudinal flatness of 3mm/3m and a transverse slope within 0.02%, meeting the specifications for high-grade highways.
(9) The E475TG/E475T hydraulic telescopic screed adopts a three-point suspension structure and a single vibrating compaction device, which improves construction stability and pavement forming quality.
(10) The entire machine has the advantages of high automation, simple and convenient operation, good construction quality, and high operating efficiency.
