Product Feature

(1) Compact body and strong flexibility. The machine is 1.45m wide and less than 2m high, meeting the needs of various low and narrow working conditions; the maximum paving width is 3.5m, and the minimum paving width can be up to 0.5m after installing the width limiter, which is suitable for various working conditions and meets the differentiated needs of users.

(2) It adopts full hydraulic independent drive and is equipped with load-sensitive control technology, with efficient power output and energy saving; the drive components are imported from Rexroth, with reliable and stable performance.

(3) It is equipped with Yuchai water-cooled turbocharged electronically controlled diesel engine (55.8kW/2200rpm), with sufficient power reserve, good economy and wide application range.

(4) Intelligent integrated control technology, using integrated wiring harness and equipped with multi-function display panel, makes human-computer interaction closer; based on CAN bus technology, a network control system with multi-CPU control technology is developed, and command execution is more reliable.

(5) The generator adopts independent drive technology and can be turned on according to work needs, which improves the utilization rate of the generator, increases the reliability of components and saves energy. (6) An independent electric drive cooling system is configured to reduce the impact of engine speed fluctuations and make the fan rotation more stable; at the same time, the fan speed is adjusted according to system temperature changes to achieve the best cooling effect.

(7) The foldable hopper and swing-type follow-up push wheel provide multiple feeding methods and can also meet the feeding needs of large-tonnage material trucks.

(8) The innovative design of the E220 small telescopic ironing plate adopts a double-duct telescopic mechanism and applies suspension eccentric torque limiting technology, which has strong anti-deformation ability; it is equipped with a single vibrating compaction device to improve construction stability and road surface forming quality.
