Product Feature

(1) The machine is small in size, with a width of 2m and a length of 5.8m, which meets the construction requirements of urban areas and lanes; it is equipped with a width limiting device, with a minimum paving width of 0.8m, which is suitable for paving and maintenance construction of milling “grooves”.

(2) It adopts a fully hydraulic independent drive and crawler-type walking device with strong traction; it is equipped with a 260mm wide split crawler plate with a large ground contact area and high adhesion, which can adapt to the construction of material trucks of different specifications.

(3) It is equipped with a Shangchai water-cooled turbocharged diesel engine (103kW/2000rpm), with sufficient power reserve, and uses noise reduction thermal balance and power matching technology to achieve good economy and low noise.

(4) The hydraulic system adopts load-sensitive control technology to distribute power output requirements according to the size of each functional load, making the power output efficient, energy-saving, and the system stable and reliable.

(5) Intelligent integrated control technology uses integrated wiring harnesses, which makes human-machine interaction closer; based on CAN bus technology, a network control system with multi-CPU control technology is developed, which makes command execution more reliable.

(6) The 12t capacity large hopper design can always store enough materials to ensure high construction efficiency. The hopper has a single-side folding function to meet the needs of asymmetric construction.

(7) The material distribution drive device adopts hydraulic lifting with an amplitude of up to 130mm to meet the needs of various construction conditions. It adopts a 340mm large-diameter split wear-resistant blade and a material distribution speed of 90Rpm to ensure high efficiency in large-width construction.

(8) The powerful dual-feeding system is equipped with a reversing function and is suitable for paving stabilized soil. It adopts a weld-free feed base plate, which is easy to replace and install.

(9) The upgraded E340 small telescopic ironing plate adopts a double-duct telescopic mechanism with strong anti-deformation ability; it is equipped with an integrated base section base plate to reduce torsional deformation and improve the road surface forming quality.
