Product Feature

The maximum paving width is 18.5 meters, the maximum paving thickness is 600mm, and the maximum productivity can reach 1600t/h.

It adopts Fukang X12CS4430 National IV engine with a maximum power of 321kW and more sufficient power reserve;

The fan is driven by electronically controlled silicone oil clutch, and the fan speed is self-matched with the cooling temperature, which is more intelligent; meanwhile, it adopts three-in-one powerful composite radiator, which can ensure long-time continuous work under the ambient temperature of 50℃.

Equipped with extra-long hopper, it can be adapted to different material trucks and effectively prevent spreading of material, making the paving more continuous;

Adopting hydraulic drive to move the distributing device up and down as a whole, which can quickly and easily adapt to different paving thicknesses;

Adopting the design of variable-diameter material distributing screw blade, which can realize smoother material conveying and more stable material level;

Adopting longer and wider crawler design, which greatly increases the effective grounding area and makes the traveling more stable;

Adopting the height-adjustable technology of the machine body, it can realize the paving of asphalt concrete thin layer and cement stabilized soil ultra-thickness in the range of 20-600mm thickness;

The whole machine is equipped with M30B single vibrating + eccentric vibrating electrically heated screed, with a maximum width of 18.5 meters and 0.75m end expansion device as standard.
