(1) The boom and dipper rod are re-optimized and redesigned, and the key parts are further strengthened, making them more wear-resistant and more solid. The bucket teeth are installed with cross pins to effectively prevent the tooth sleeve from falling off and increase the service life.

(2) The tail frame of the rotary platform is strengthened with a box-type structure to increase the overall rigidity and prevent the tail frame from deformation after long-term operation. At the same time, the strength of the engine support legs is improved to meet the vibration requirements of the engine under harsh working conditions during heavy load operation.

3. More comfortable and safe.

(1) The appearance of the cab is simple, smooth, and more atmospheric, with a wider rear view. The cab adopts a new silicone oil shock absorber, which greatly reduces the driver’s fatigue after long-term operation and improves work efficiency. A glass sliding window is added to the right side of the cab. Opening the left and right sliding windows of the cab can form wind convection. It also facilitates communication between the driver and the personnel on both sides of the vehicle.
(2) The new seat suspension device and headrest can adjust the seat in all directions, making the driver’s work more comfortable. At the same time, the walking footrest has been improved to make the operation easier and more comfortable.
(3) Humanized detail design. All control components in the interior are scientifically and reasonably arranged according to ergonomic theory. Humanized configurations such as cup holders, backup power supplies, magazine bags, and storage boxes have been added to maximize the convenience and comfort of operation.
(4) The oil inlet and outlet steel pipes of the boom cylinder are arranged on both sides of the cylinder to prevent the boom cylinder inlet and return oil pipes from being damaged when the boom is lifted under height restrictions.

4. Convenient Maintenance

(1) The windshield washer fluid sprayer is installed on the rear side of the cab, making it easy to observe the windshield washer fluid level.

(2) Key electrical components are located in a new centralized electrical box, which is located in front of the fuel tank for easy daily maintenance.

(3) When the rear hood is opened, the oil filter, diesel filter, and air filter are easily accessible, making maintenance and repairs easy.
