XCMG’s new generation XC9 series intelligent medium-tonnage loader conformed to international stage-V emission regulation and features all-new streamline industrial exterior design, beautiful modeling, advanced and reliable performances, and high energy-conservation, efficiency, comfort, and convenience. The high-torque electronic control engine matches excellently with 5-speed full-automatic transmission to realize high working efficiency. The load-sensing hydraulic system remarkably improves the fuel economy. The heavy-duty large-span front and rear articulated frame with tapered roller bearing articulated pivots guarantees the high firmness and durability. The working device features intelligent control and high accuracy and efficiency and remarkably improves the comfort. The international slightly pressurized low-noise panoramic cab conformed to the ergonomic requirements. The full-tilting cab and the large-angle integrally backward-opening hood centralize the oil drainage and can realize the one-stop maintenances. The optional diversified attachments, including sliding forks, clamp, lifting appliance, and quick change device, can be installed to realize multi-functionality. 

Engine

Gearbox
It has the advantages of non-toxic and environmentally friendly, safe and reliable, good cycle performance, long service life and daily zero maintenance, strong adaptability to high and low temperatures and can meet the use of -40℃~60℃ environment

Drive axle
Adopt XCMG’s self-made 6-ton drive axle, with stronger load-bearing capacity, optimized bridge shell design, larger shell cross-section, and 10% higher load-bearing capacity and bending resistance.

Energy-saving and efficient, flexible and light
Adopting a double-pump confluence hydraulic system, the cylinder has strong power, fast pipe, higher loading rate, full hydraulic dynamic load sensing steering, stable, light and flexible.

Strong bearing capacity and excellent performance
The industry’s largest articulation force, the vehicle’s load-bearing capacity is strong, and the lower articulation pin adopts a double-row tapered roller bearing, which has stronger impact resistance. The maximum lifting force of 8 tons gives it the operating capacity of a 6-ton product and excellent performance.

Fully stable, reliable and durable
Finite element analysis is used for key components to reduce stress concentration and eliminate local weaknesses to ensure that they can meet various harsh working conditions. The front frame rigidity is enhanced to provide a solid mounting seat for the boom and cylinder to absorb strong torque, impact and loading operation forces.

Easy to repair and maintain
The flip-up large side door structure has a large opening angle and is within reach for routine maintenance. The lubrication point lead-out layout is easy to fill, and the external air conditioner is easy to clean and replace the filter.
