• It adopts the national fourth emission electronically controlled engine, turbocharged, electric start, electromagnet flameout, strong power, large power reserve, convenient and reliable operation.

• The position of the air filter of the engine is optimized, and the desert-type air filter is adopted to prevent dust from entering, improve the air intake environment of the air filter, and facilitate the cleaning and replacement of the air filter element.

• It adopts XCMG homemade full-automatic gearshift transmission with electro-hydraulic control, with two modes of automatic gearshift and manual gearshift, gears of front four and rear four, advanced performance, providing smooth gearshift, which can simplify the driver’s operation, can effectively reduce the driver’s work intensity, and can be adapted to the use of the loader for a variety of working conditions.

• The strengthened dry drive axle for construction machinery independently produced by XCMG Group has stronger overall bearing capacity, reliable quality, superior performance and convenient maintenance.

• The front and rear frames adopt a brand-new platform with good overall rigidity and strong load-bearing capacity. The key structural parts are analyzed by finite elements, and the whole is manufactured by flexible welding process with stronger impact resistance, focusing on the overall structural strength, reducing the stress concentration parts and eliminating the local weak points to ensure that it meets all kinds of dangerous and heavy working conditions.

• Adopting mature dual-pump combined flow APD technology, energy saving and high efficiency, full hydraulic flow amplification steering, lightweight, flexible; steering limit for hydraulic control, mechanical double limit, hydraulic limit is better than mechanical limit, reduce steering impact, improve the driver’s operating comfort and the reliability of the whole machine.

• The hydraulic pipeline adopts two seals in accordance with DIN standard, which thoroughly prevents leakage; the rubber protection sleeve is added to the hose of easy-to-wear parts to prolong the service life and improve the reliability of the hydraulic pipeline.

• The new cab has large operating space, wide vision, novel and chic modeling, safety and reliability; new rubber floor, floor, inner wall and other key parts with noise reduction and damping materials, good sealing, low noise.

• The new shape engine hood of module combination frame structure has a large rear hood with strong ventilation capacity, which makes it more convenient to maintain the machine.
